Fiber is a complex carbohydrate that aids the movement of food through the digestive tract

This is a type of carbohydrate the body can’t digest. That is, it passes through the body undigested, but in a good way, because it is responsible for regulating how the body uses sugar.

The process of digesting and breaking down of soluble fiber, a type of fibre that interacts with water, is called fermentation. Which produces short chain fatty acid( increases the rate of fat burning), a type of fat that can help reduce belly fat.
